Default Just playing around...

Finding time to play around, a typical after-finishing-a-book effect,
I checked the picture that I took of the bouquet of white tulips we
received from our children for our 43rd wedding anniversary last week.

I used my pocket Nikon 600, balanced it on a plastic water bottle
that was set on a Kleenex box on the table and used the 10 second
self timer to get this 1/2 second exposure....
The lighting was reflected "skylight" coming through small window
and the background is an enlargement of my Desert-In-Bloom photograph
from the 80s, hanging on the wall behind the table.

Improvising cleverly is one good way to simplify a non conventional
photographic situation and achieve professional looking results...

I think that in this case it all came together quite nicely....

All the best,
David Darom (ddd)

Thanks Buddy,

It was such a wonderful ride that hard as I may think about the
fact that 43 years have gone by, it does not really register.
43 years is supposed to be a looong period of time. With us
it just flew by with not one dull moment, and here we are...

All the best,
David Darom (ddd)

David, congratulations on your anniversary. Forty-three years sounds like a long time, but for those of us who could be at that point in life, much seems like it has gone by much faster than the count of years.

Again, congrats!

Bob
