2011 CKCA Banquet?

I am assuming (?) there will be a 2011 CKCA Banquet on Thursday June 9.

I am trying to make my airline reservations for Atlanta because prices are low right now, so . . .

is there any idea yet what time the CKCA Banquet will be (assuming there is going to be a banquet). I believe it was 6 PM last year.

I realize it is still early, but with the airfares being good right now ($100 cheaper right now for me than they were a month ago) any guidance would be appreciated.

Yes, we will have our annual CKCA Banquet/Meeting/Mini-Show on Thursday night June 9th at 6:00pm at Maggiano's Little Italy. Please join us for a night of fellowship and great food. It's becoming THE Event to start off a great Blade Show experience.

Please make your reservations early as last year we almost doubled our attendance over the previous year. We have reserved and paid a deposit on their two largest banquet rooms, however will need to get our count as soon as possible to determine if we will also need their third.

I have had a few inquiries as to if CKCA members can bring non-members as guest to our banquet. Yes, we welcome guests and many end up joining.

Their tickets are $40 as are members. The only stipulation is that non-members or guests are not eligible to enter our drawings to purchase mini-show knives.
